If you feel there has been a mistake with your order or you have received a defective product, please call the number on your receipt or email firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receiving your order, so we can immediately resolve any issues. (NO exceptions).
We gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days from the day you placed your order for a full refund or store credit. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. You may return the item via the shipping method of your choice (please note your tracking information, as we will NOT be responsible for lost packages).
- All sale/clearance items, discounted items (coupon was used to take a dollar or percentage amount off), All Accessories (jewelry, scarves, leggings, socks/leg warmers, belts, etc.), and Gift Certificates are Final Sale and CANNOT be returned.
- All return packages must be POSTMARKED within 14 days of original purchase for items to be eligible for refund. If your return has been approved, but not shipped by the 14 day mark, the return will be denied.
- Clothing must still have tags attached, and be unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup or self tanner. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box. If clothing or shoes show any signs of being worn, we cannot accept them.
- Please take caution when opening packages, and do not open them with scissors. If clothing is accidently cut with scissors when opening packages, we cannot accept them back.
- Offers used on original orders are subject to adjustments on partial returns. If you received a discount on a specified subtotal, and your total after refund(s) no longer meets that specified amount, the discount will be subtracted from your refund total. For example, when a $10.00 off of $50.00 coupon was applied to original order and $30.00 of merchandise was returned, you will be refunded $30.00 - $10.00 (for coupon) = $20.00, since your total no longer comes to $50.00.

- Please accurately fill out your name and order number exactly how they are on your receipt
- Enter a detailed description of your reason for return
- Click on the "Submit" button in the lower right corner of the screen
- You will get a notification at the top of the screen that your request has been submitted.
- Once the request has been received by us, you will get a confirmation email. After you receive this email, you can print off the Return Form here, fill it out, and place it in the box with your return.
- Ship the item back to us via the shipping method of your choice, and note your tracking number (we will NOT be responsible for any lost packages). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please remember that your package must be POSTMARKED within 14 days of your original purchase for the item to be returned. If a refund has been approved, but you ship it outside of the 14 day limit, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.
Returns will be processed within five business days after we receive the returned package. You will be sent an email notification when your return has been processed.
If your return does not match the requirements above, or if we receive your item after 14 days since the date of purchase, we cannot process the return. We will return the item back to you and charge your credit card the shipping amount.
